These launch-stage terms explain expected service use, account responsibility, customer content handling, acceptable use, and how to contact Targeta.

Using Targeta

Targeta provides customer operations software for conversations, CRM records, tasks, teams, and related workflows. You must use the service lawfully and only for business purposes you are authorized to manage.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for keeping account access secure, inviting only authorized team members, assigning appropriate roles, and maintaining accurate workspace information.

Customer content

You retain responsibility for the customer records, messages, notes, files, and workflow data you add to Targeta. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process that information.

Acceptable use

Do not use Targeta to send unlawful messages, violate privacy rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful content.

Launch-stage access

Targeta is presented as a waitlist-first product. Commercial terms, paid plan details, and onboarding requirements may change before general availability.
